Ready to go 'Back2School?'
Check! New shoes? On! It must be time to go back to school!
Notebook? Beginning August 1, d365.org will introduce a new six-week series of daily devotions written specifically for students as they launch into a new school year. Although d365.org has always been written with students in mind, Back2School will guide students through thought-provoking devotions for the new year. Whether they are moving into a new grade, school, or even a new city — the new school year inevitably brings new struggles and unique opportunities.
Through Back2School, students will encounter scripture and encouraging words to navigate these transitional waters. Log on each day and every day.
D365.org — daily devotions to take you deeper into faith!
D365's daily devotions were written by ministers, professors, students, teachers, missionaries, denominational leaders, and others who work with and care for youth. An author typically writes one week of devotions. D365.org is a free resource. It’s easy to use and easy to share. When you begin to practice the d365 daily devotion – you might find that this small amount of time becomes something you need, something you crave.
In these devotions, you will read honest struggles and questions, all in the context of real faith. As you read the thoughts of the writers, think about your own response to the scripture for the day. Let the writer’s words serve as background for your own conversation with God.
The theme in early summer is “Focused on Jesus”; later this summer d365 will feature a new series for youth focused on “Back to School” … exploring friendship, anxiety, new beginnings, anticipation and other themes for students as they return to the school year routines and issues.
