Sharing resources, changing lives
Since 1949 Presbyterians have joined with millions of other Christians through One Great Hour of Sharing to share God’s love with those in need. Your generous gifts assist those affected by natural disasters, provide food to the hungry, and help build strong communities.

Mr. McClelland, How Your Gifts are Used can be found at http://gamc.pcusa.org/ministries/specialofferings/how-your-gift-used-oghs/. Financial Summaries, as well as specific grant listings, can be found on this particular page. The link you are looking for off OGHS's home page is titled Promote. I hope this is helpful.

One of my elders told me that I could find out how the money given to one great hour of sharing was used by looking on this page. I have not found it. Could someone tell me where to find that information or tell me how the money was used. We are being asked to be transparent with our giving, and we would like to continue to give with others who are as well.

The logo is round to reflect the circular flow of blessings that come from helping and being helped. The two figures represent the partnership nature of our programs and ministries - it's not us helping someone, it's us working together in partnership with others to accomplish God's work in the world. We recognize that those who share and those who receive benefit equally. The figures are arranged in a circle, or globe, to reflect the global nature of our work. They are organic and free-flowing to represent the flexibility to respond to whatever is needed. As the figures connect, a heart shape is formed in the center to remind us that true giving comes from the heart.
