Housing for the 2012 Churchwide Gathering
Special hotel rates have been arranged at the Gaylord Palms. These rates will be available July 15–25, 2012 (includes three days before and three days after the Gathering, based on availability).
Room rates are per room, per night, one to four persons per room, and are subject to tax. To take advantage of the special Gathering rates and waived resort fee, book your reservation by June 27, 2012. After this date, the hotel may charge significantly higher rates.
- traditional room — $189, plus parking/night and tax *
- suite — $229, plus parking/night and tax* (some suites higher)
The traditional room has either two queen beds or a king bed. The suite has one king bed and a pullout sofa bed. Guest rooms have free internet and most have refrigerators.
*Parking rates subject to change. Currently listed at $13 per night. All accommodations are subject to a 14 percent tax (subject to change).
Please provide room and bedding preferences in the special requests section of the online housing reservation form. Complimentary rollaway beds are available for the first 100 requests. The hotel will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability; requests are not guaranteed. You must find your own roommate(s). Only one person per hotel room should submit an online hotel reservation or call for the reservation, but should list the names of others to occupy that room.
Reservation information
Hotel reservations can be made online or by phone beginning December 1, 2011. Make your reservation using one of the following methods:

Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments will be sent after each housing booking, modification and/or cancellation. Review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment, please contact the hotel.
Deposits
Confirmed hotel reservations may charge your credit card a first night’s room rate and tax for each room reserved. Gaylord Palms accepts deposits made by check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Discover. Credit cards must be valid through July 31, 2012. There is an early departure fee of $50.
Modifications/cancellations
Any reservation cancelled on or after June 1, 2012, may be charged a service fee. Any reservation cancelled on or after July 15, 2012, is subject to a first-night room charge plus tax. Modify or cancel reservations online or by telephone.
