New Opportunities for Romanian Orphaned Children thank-you letter
Dear Presbyterian Women,
It has been nearly three weeks since we received your letter notifying us that Presbyterian Women has decided to fund the gymnasium and activity center for NOROC in Tulcea, Romania. It has taken us this much time to process what a wonderful blessing you have given to the institutionalized, abandoned and orphaned babies, children and youth (many of whom are Roma) in Tulcea. NOROC’s retired grannies, teachers and group leaders (mostly women) will be excited to have a permanent place for their time with the children. The variety of programs in this new hall will expand the opportunities for the children to leave the orphanage for age appropriate activities. Great is God’s faithfulness in answering prayer. Our hearts are overjoyed by your support, and our gratitude cannot be measured. We are so very thankful to you and to your committee!
We are committed to be good stewards of this blessing which you have bestowed. Please keep this project in your prayers along with the children and us adults as we continue in faith to carry out NOROC’s work to the glory of God!
In God’s service,
Fred and Carolyn White
