3:00 p.m. Eastern Time — Internet access to the Bible Exegesis exam will be opened to all registrants. Each candidate must have her or his completed responses on the exam administration site by 12:00 noon Eastern Time the following Thursday regardless of the candidate’s time zone.
Examinations are administered on many seminary campuses and some presbytery offices nationwide.
Persons taking exams are encouraged to do so at one of these established testing sites. However, if a candidate is no longer in seminary or is not able to travel to one of the testing sites within a reasonable amount of time, then the candidate may consider requesting that a special proctor administer the exams. Arrangements for special proctors are to be made by the candidate and the appropriate presbytery committee prior to registration. Details including the special proctor’s contact information must be entered during the online registration process and approved by the presbytery’s committee before registration can be finalized.
